With the purchase of the adjacent historical H-Moreau House in 2011 and later, the Maison Urbaine residence for seniors in 2017, Espace was charged with the pre-construction and construction of the school’s expansion and integration plans. The old residence was completely restored and was adapted to the school’s specialty classrooms while the Maison Urbaine was transformed to provide for its increasing classroom requirement needs.
