Pre-construction services, Construction Management contract

This new avian wildlife rehabilitation building is situated within the conservation facility in Hudson, Québec. This 5,000 sq. ft., split-level, wood-framed building includes offices, classroom, clinic and treatment rooms. Sustainable strategies were integrated within all aspects of the design, including site placement, energy efficient design, use of local materials, etc. Espace was involved during the pre-construction phase in order to manage design and budget constraints.
